When we called the listing agent of the property he was out of town and Marty Dobos called us back to show us the property. Marty asked us if we would like to have him represent us if we were interested in buying the property. We decided to sign with Marty and it was the best decision we could have made. Marty Dobos was Fantastic! There were many problems with getting this home closed, but no matter what came up Marty handled. And like I said there were many problems. Marty always kept us informed of what was going on. I sometimes felt that Marty called too much, but when I look back at the process, it was needed. I work for a major homebuilder in Tucson and I see and talk to a lot of real estate agents and if they worked half as hard for their buyers as Marty worked for Linda and myself, my job would be a lot easier. As you know, the sale of my house was final on the 12th of the month.
